Services

Transparent about how this works — including how I'm paid

Most of what I do costs you nothing extra. For the work that does carry a fee, you'll see it plainly before we begin. No surprises in either direction.

No extra cost to you

Bookings

Hotels, resorts, cruises, and tours: you pay the same rate you would find booking directly — sometimes better — and the travel partners compensate me for bringing the booking. You get my planning, my partner perks, and my support during travel, at no added cost.

Booking day tours yourself? Use my Viator page — same prices, and the booking stays connected to me.

Published planning fee

Planning-intensive work

Some work isn't tied to a commissionable booking: fully custom itineraries, stays at non-commissionable properties like home rentals, or points-and-miles strategy. That work carries a flat, published fee — quoted before we start, always.

Planning fees

Simple tiers, quoted up front

Booking-only trips never carry a planning fee. For everything else, the fee is quoted in writing before any work begins — no surprises.

Service What's included Fee
Booking only Hotel, resort, cruise, or tour bookings with my partner perks and travel support Free — always

Complex & multigenerational Multi-city or multi-family trips, celebration logistics, group coordination Quoted by scope, in writing
Non-commissionable stays Home-rental research and coordination, points strategy, and similar advisory work Flat fee, quoted before we begin

The good stuff

What VIP actually means

At my partner hotels, the rate is the same one you'd pay on your own — the stay is not.

Daily breakfast

Included for two at partner hotels — the perk you feel every single morning.

Upgrades when available

Priority for better rooms and categories at check-in, subject to availability.

Hotel & resort credits

Spa, dining, or property credits at many partner properties — often $100 or more.

VIP treatment

The hotel knows you are my guest before you arrive. Early check-in and late checkout requests, flagged ahead.

Perks vary by property and are subject to availability.

The process

From first note to welcome home

  1. 01

    Intake

You tell me about the trip — who, when, budget, and what a great version looks like.

  2. 02

    Proposal

I come back with a focused set of options — real recommendations, not twenty tabs.

  3. 03

    Booking

I hold and book everything, apply my partner perks, and send one clean confirmation.

  4. 04

    Travel

I flag your arrival to the hotels, and I am reachable while you travel. Then: welcome home.

Tell me about your trip

A five-minute note about who is going and what you are hoping for is all it takes to get started.
